WHAT:
Metal for Mammories breast cancer benefit concert will support the Athena’s Cup national breast cancer awareness campaign with all proceeds being raised for cause. The event will include an evening of live music performances, raffles and prizes. Attendees are encouraged to show their support by bringing along their old bras for donation. Athena’s Cup is a national campaign that aims to collect and hook together 169,000 donated bras in an effort to raise breast cancer awareness and break the current bra-chain Guinness World Record. Athena’s Cup aims to raise awareness to breast cancer prevention and education and support breast cancer research through Susan G. Komen for the Cure and The Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
